In order to help us minimize financial loss, we kindly ask that if you can’t make your grooming appointment that you call and cancel before your scheduled appointment time. Effective March 1, 2017, a $25 fee will be charged to all clients who don’t show up for their appointment and don’t call and cancel.
In addition, if you are running late for your appointment please call us and let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time your pet will be rescheduled for another available time.

NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL ITEMS
Please note that our policy regarding personal items has changed due to sanitation procedures and limited storage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated so we can make your pet's stay as enjoyable as possible.
Approved Items: One blanket, towel or t-shirt per pet
Up to 3 toys per pet
Leash and collar
Owner's food, preferably in small bags labeled for each feeding
Large crates and crates that obstruct the view of the pet
Other items as deemed inappropriate by management
All machine washable items will be laundered the afternoon prior to your pet's departure. Please don't leave items that you don't want laundered as they may get soiled during your pet's stay.
All dog enclosures come standard with a raised bed or kennel mat for your pet's comfort.
